C.P. 97125, Mérida, Yucatán, (“Gómez Calcáneo”), is responsible to treat and protect your personal information and make available to you this Privacy Notice, pursuant to the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in Possession of Private Companies or Individuals and related applicable regulations (“the Law”), in order to guarantee the right handling of your information.
The personal data we collect may include, among others, personal identification, tax, contact, academic, labor and property data.
In addition to the aforementioned data, for the purposes reported in this Privacy Notice, we may require the use of sensitive personal data, which will require the express written consent of the Holder in order for them to be collected and processed. Sensitive personal data will be understood as those related to: racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions, sexual preferences, among others.
We may collect your personal data at the time you provide it to us and by any means, in order to be provided with legal advice services or according to the relationship we have with you.

The information provided by the Holders of personal data, by any means, will be subject to this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with it, please skip sharing information of any kind with Gómez Calcáneo.
We only collect information that we believe is reasonably necessary to serve the legitimate interests of the relationship we have with you. We have adopted and maintained the necessary security, administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment.
Gómez Calcáneo may transfer your personal data to third parties only to maintain, provide and/or improve: (i) services provided by Gómez Calcáneo; and/or (ii) our legal and/or commercial relationship.
We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your written consent, except for the exceptions provided in Article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in Possession of Private Companies or Individuals, as well as to make this transfer in the terms established the law.
You have the right to access, correct and cancel your personal data, oppose their treatment, limit their use or disclosure, or revoke the consent you have given to Gómez Calcáneo for the processing of such data, by sending a request to the email: info@gomezcalcaneo.com, Addressed to: Personal Information (the “Application.”)
The Application shall include, at least, the following information: (i) full name and email or address to communicate the response to the Request; (ii) the documents proving your identity (ie, current official identification) or, where appropriate, the legal capacity of the person processing the Request in your name and representation (ie, power of attorney signed before two witnesses accompanied by a copy of the official identifications of the grantor of the power of attorney and the legal representative); (iii) a clear description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; and (iv) any other element or document that facilitates the identification of your personal data. In case of requesting the correction of personal data, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request.
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Data in Possession of Private Companies or Individuals, Gómez Calcáneo has a 20 (twenty) business-day term as of the receipt date of your Request to notify you of the ruling made through an email or postal mail sent to your address provided by you in your Application and, if grounded, the Company will have an additional period of 15 (fifteen) business days following the notification date to make it effective. The aforementioned terms may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.
Any modification to this Privacy Notice will be available through the following means: advertisements displayed at our offices, website (Privacy Notice section) or email.
As holder of personal data, you have the right to go to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) if you consider that your right to personal data protection has been violated.
